MVM Careers is a core team of three associates and has partnerships with specialised trainers and consultants from a wide network. We have the resources to provide personal guidance and advice to all students, pre- or post-experience, whatever their career orientation, challenges or field. As native English speakers with fluency in other major languages and professional experience throughout the world, we are able to support local and global career moves.

Meet our team

Margaret Navarro Jones bioMargaret Navarro-Jones is a Human Resources professional, with 20 years’ experience in international HR roles. Freelance work has included delivery of performance management workshops for the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg, soft-skills workshops in the private and not-for-profit sectors, career counseling for individual clients and employability workshops for MBA students of HEC Paris. Margaret works closely with clients to design meaningful learning experiences for all participants, with the appropriate balance of theory and practice, and key learning points that can be put into practice immediately. Victoria Marshall is an international communications consultant, writer, linguist and teacher with 16 years’ experience managing communication portfolios for multinational businesses. Her mission today is to support individuals and institutions to successfully bring their message to new audiences. As Director of Communications at Valeo Service between 2007 and 2010, Victoria performed in culturally diverse environments, gaining extensive expertise in cross-cultural marketing & communication campaigns, the media and interview training. After graduating from Middlesex University in the UK with a BA Honours degree in French and English, she furthered her knowledge of communications and marketing at the ESSEC business school and CELSA school of journalism and communication in Paris. Michelle Botha is a multilingual management education professional with 13 years’ international experience and a passion for helping graduate students transition back into the workplace. Before becoming a consultant and trainer in 2010 for clients such as the European Foundation for Management Development and HEC Paris, she launched and ran Executive MBA programs at Georgetown University (USA) and the University of Lausanne (Switzerland). From 1998 to 2002, she worked in change management and communications in the financial services sector for Euronext Paris (now NYSE Euronext).
