Victoria Marshall is an international communications consultant, writer and linguist and teacher with 16 years’ experience managing global communication portfolios for multinational businesses. During this time she cultivated her passion for the power of language to create and transmit meaning and her mission today is to support individuals and institutions to successfully bring their message to new audiences.
As a freelance communications consultant, Victoria’s services range from advising on Marketing Communication projects, designing and implementing cross-cultural campaigns, press and public relations, media-training/interview techniques, to self-branding and employability workshops. Her particular expertise lies in developing culturally and linguistically appropriate messages for use in reputation management on- and offline, as well as in marketing and media campaigns for corporations and non-profit organisations.
Victoria was Director of Communications at Valeo Service between 2007 and 2010, where she defined and implemented the global communication strategy to support the company’s rapid expansion into new territories. Her experience in managing an international team across Europe, Asia and South America, allowed her to perform in culturally diverse environments and perfect her formulation of culturally-effective messages which respect multiple social considerations. Her previous position as Press Relations Manager enabled her to gain extensive expertise in media training and interview techniques.
